The beginning of the school year is a great time to try something new. Join a club or sport that seems interesting, and you'll get more than just volunteer experience or exercise... you'll meet lots of new people and develop new friendships. Common interests join people, and by exploring your own interests outside of the classroom, you may meet people that you never expected to find.
